Cameron’s pest pressure comes off the water. Salt marsh mosquitoes breed in the surrounding wetlands and move inland on the evening breeze, rodents push toward buildings whenever marsh water levels shift, and homes raised or rebuilt after the storms have fresh gaps around pilings, utility penetrations and decking. We treat with all of that in mind rather than applying an inland program to a coastal property.
The wetlands around Cameron produce salt marsh mosquitoes in numbers that a single yard treatment will not solve on its own. We target resting sites in shaded vegetation and under raised structures, treat standing water where we can reach it, and schedule service through the heaviest months so the yard stays usable.
Rats and nutria move with the water here, and a dry spell or a high tide can push them straight toward a building. We inspect the underside of raised homes, outbuildings and bulkheads, close the entry points we find, and place tamper-resistant stations where they will actually intercept traffic.
Elevated construction changes where pests get in. Utility chases, stair framing, skirting and decking all create paths that a slab home never has. Our inspections follow those routes specifically, and we pay close attention to newer repair work where flashing and sealing were rushed.
A camp that sits empty for weeks is an invitation for wasps, rodents and roaches. We offer scheduled service that keeps unoccupied property protected between visits, so you are not walking into a problem when you arrive for the weekend.
